At Canon Flagship Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your photography and imaging gear. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the item you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Ensure the item is in its original packaging, including all manuals, cables, and warranty cards, to avoid a restocking fee.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our technicians inspect the device for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
